It is now time to create your own digital content.  

• Your genre film must be 30 seconds long. 

• You will each be creating your own 30 second film, but will be working as part of a pair/small group to help each other with the production roles. 

• Ensure that you have booked all of the camera, sound, and lighting equipment you need. This can be done in the resources zone, library, or H-block media workshop. Inductions will be required beforehand.  

• You are free to record your 30 second film using any camera you wish. This can include mobile phones and DSLR cameras. 

• Your 30 second film should evidence your research and show clear influence of the selected genre. 

• Upload your 30 second film to your professional Instagram account. It is important that your film can be viewed publicly by your tutor and classmates. 

• You will also need to upload your film to your own YouTube account and link it to your Wix account. Please test that it plays back before publishing your site. This will allow your 30 second film to be screened in class, evaluated, and assessed by your tutor.
